-Cal Row (one person must hold the top of a deadlift 80/60 if the deadlift isn’t held up the rower must stop)

– Wallballs (one person must hold 2x Dumbells overhead fully locked out 22.5/15 if they’re not the Wallballs can’t be completed)

– Synchro Down ups
