I first learnt about CrossFit in 2012 when my colleagues at Fitness First introduced me to “Cindy”. I felt like my body had been exposed to the most effective yet excruciating pain. That was the beginning of my CrossFit journey. I traveled to India the same year to complete my CrossFit level 1 and since then I’ve never looked back. Every year increasing my skills with new techniques and courses. Each workout pushes me out of my comfort zone to achieve better results. I feel physically and mentally fitter since starting my journey as a trainer 6 years ago. I strive to teach my clients the correct movement in all aspects of training. To me CrossFit is a lifestyle. You are what you do and eat. You’ll look like an athlete if you train like an athlete.
