28 min EMOM
1st min- 8-15 Cals or 25-50 DU/ skips or 60 Jumps over object.
2nd min- 8-15 Object thrusters (BB,DB,KB whatever equipment they have.)
3rd min- 8-15 Burpees
4th min- Rest
