10 sec hi lo plank

Metcon:

Every 7 mins x 3

30 jumping lunges/ or jumping squats

15 hang snatches

20 hand release push ups

10 DB oh/ goblet squats

10 pistols/ 20 jumping lunges

5 single arm devil presses
