Round 1- 30 secs on / 30 off
Round 2- 40 secs on/ 20 off
Round 3- 50 secs on/ 10 off
– Cals or Skips or star jumps
– DB Reverse lunges
– Jumping lunges
– Skips or mountain climbers
– DB GTOH
– Burpees
