– 10 Barbell/DB/KB Squats IRT max Jumping lunges/ Pistols

– 10 Barbell/DB/KB shoulder to overhead IRT Max HR push ups

The workout is complete when you have accumulated enough reps to of completed 120 Jumping lunges/ 60 pistols and 60 Hand release push ups.
